Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Items that fall outside this window will be considered on an individual basis.
You may process your return/exchange by completing this online form.
If your item is either damaged or defective:
We will provide you with return postage of the item you wish to exchange. When we receive the item, we will ship your replacement.
If you received the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order:
We will ship your item to you right away and will include return postage for any items you received in error. 
If your item does not fit:
In such cases, you must pay for return shipping for the item you wish to exchange, but we will pay to ship the new item to you. If the item is in new condition with the tags still attached, we will ship your replacement to you as soon as we receive the original item.
Please note, you may only exchange an item that does not fit for a different size of the same item. If we do not have the size that you need, we will issue you store credit for your item and notify you by email.
If your package never arrived:
Please write to us at inspired@musethreads.com to confirm the tracking history. We will then ask you to open a lost or missing package request ticket with your carrier. We are not able to replace any missing packages that have been marked by your carrier as delivered.
If, for any other reason, you have changed your mind and want to return your item:
Using the form at the link above, you may return any unused item for any reason to receive store credit equal to your original purchase price, minus any shipping charges.

For all returns and exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if possible. You may be responsible for shipping charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@musethreads.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items may be refunded at the original sale price.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
