Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If your item is either damaged or defective:
Write us at email@example.com and include the order number in the subject line of your email. Briefly describe the problem you have with your item (you may include photographs, if you wish) and tell us if you would like a refund or store credit. We will send you a standard shipping return postage label that you can print and attach to your package. When we receive the item, we will issue your refund/credit.
If your item does not fit:
Write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number in the subject line of your email. Also tell us what size you would like to exchange the item for. We will send you a standard shipping return postage label that you can print and attach to your package.
You may only exchange an item that does not fit for a different size of the same item. When we receive your returned item, we will mail you the requested size via standard shipping. If we do not have the size that you need, we will issue you store credit for your item and notify you by email.
If, for any other reason, you have changed your mind and want to return your item:
You may return any unused item for any reason to receive store credit. Please mail your item including a copy of your order receipt to:

For all returns and exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges. When we receive your item, we will issue you store credit in the amount of your original purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items may be refunded at the original sale price.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
